When I finally decided to take the plunge and move on from my 'marital' home of 15 years, it was no small decision! When Mike and I decided we wanted to sell our house, we met with Kara R Ragsdale. She did a walk thru in our home and went through everything we needed to do to prep our house to sell, if in fact that was what we wanted to do, which we did.
